You may reschedule your appointment without incurring additional charges.

If a prepayment has been made, it may be credited towards a future appointment at the clinic’s discretion.

In exceptional cases (e.g., double booking errors by the clinic or cancellation of services by the clinic), a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Refunds, if approved, will generally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
