Refund Policy

At Dr Rahul Mukherjee’s clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality cardiology services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for consultations or services booked through our website or clinic.

1. General Policy
  • All fees for consultations, procedures, and medical services are clearly communicated in advance.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of service, as specified.

  • Refunds are generally not offered for medical consultations or services once they have been provided, in line with standard medical practice.

2. Refunds for Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • If sufficient notice is provided:

    • You may reschedule your appointment without incurring additional charges.

    • If a prepayment has been made, it may be credited towards a future appointment at the clinic’s discretion.

  • If notice is less than 48 hours, a partial or full refund may not be available, but you may still reschedule subject to availability.

3. Refund Requests

  • Requests should include your full name, appointment details, and reason for the refund request.

  • Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a decision will be communicated promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Consultations, tests, or procedures that have already been completed.

  • Missed appointments without prior notification.

  • Dissatisfaction with medical advice, as medical consultations are provided in good faith by qualified professionals.

  • Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., medical emergency).

5. Exceptions
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., double booking errors by the clinic or cancellation of services by the clinic), a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

  • Refunds, if approved, will generally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
